8th Deadliest Sin

Hip-hop is a highly mythologized genre of music, with stage names, aliases, rap battles, and concept albums, yet for 8DS, rapping is therapeutic and an emotional release

How is it possible to remain human and realistic whilst everyone is trying to stand out? 8DS’s lyrics are narrative driven but center around his own experiences as opposed to rap history or braggadocio.

Preferring to forgo the live performance, and instead focus on albums to reach the listener emotionally means his music is utterly free of pretense.  He envisions a listener base looking beyond falsity for issues which relate, his latest album continues a set of releases since his hiatus ended in 2017 and promises slick beats and the same sense of realism which makes his music so hard hitting.
